Main Street Ingredients (MSI), Lacrosse, WI, has made two promotions. Aaron Macha will be heading up the newly structured Formulated Proteins Division and Dawn Wittenberg will be heading up the Quality Systems area. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Macha was a regional account manager and Ms. Wittenberg was manager of the quality control lab.
